When you make pizza remember:      Less is more.      I have been part of numerous pizza making activities. There is always smeone in the crowd who will try to jam everything and anything on a pizza crust.      Here's my advice: Don't do it! There is no reason to put large amounts of stuff on your pizza.      Small amounts are all that you need...Allow the taste of the crust to shine through...      Less is More!

Here's my best tip for making pizza: make sure your oven is hot hot hot. Your oven should be at least 500+ F. higher if possible. Also if you are making you pizza on a pizza stone, let it pre-heat for at least an hour... Your pizza will cook quickly. Your home oven will mimic a brick style oven...Remeber, when you make pizza, make sure your oven is hot. And you have given it enoiugh time to pre-heat. pizza on earth, and especially, your kitchen.
