MAN V. LIVER is basically a gift book for people who like to drink. Like drinking, it isn't for everyone. The book is a collection of one-panel strips featuring a stick-figure-like gentleman with a drink in one hand and a saying written in either black or white text in the same panel. Some of the sayings are typical fraternity fare, e.g. "Been there, drunk that." Others are almost nonsensical, e.g. "I got ants in my pants, I sense you have crabs." There are also a few really humorous panels such as, "The market has a sale on beer. See, you can put a price on happiness." Overall, I enjoyed reading MAN V. LIVER, but was a little disappointed by how little there is to the book.
