is a wonderful book which simplifies the mechanics of weight loss and
muscle building. The objective is to maximize fat loss through a meticulous
program of carbohydrates control and fat burning exercises.

In Phase One, low carbohydrates are consumed and the training regimen
is geared for maximum fat loss while minimizing muscle damage.
Excess water and carbohydrates are drained from the body while calories and
fat burn effortlessly. This phase occurs in 3 days.

Phase Two lasts for two days. Protein is consumed followed by carbohydrates.
Fat loss accelerates. This process shocks the body by using body fat for energy.
Fruit may be consumed with plenty of water.

Phase Three involves eating low fat foods. More fat is lost. The objective is to
train in order to build muscle. These phases are repeated at least three times
in a five week period. A good multivitamin is taken each day together with
