Perhaps guys are just not caring to groom themselves as much as they used to. You know, going for that "Theoreauian" look. Hey, that's my excuse, anyway. Any less time spent on having to "get ready," is time well spent.

I won't have this beard forever. I just wanted to have my "Here's me with a beard"-stage of my life, that I can show pictures of when I'm old and senile. (If that's the case, I probably won't even think it was me.)

Anyway, this article purports that even though people sporting these noveau beards are claiming it's for alterior reasons, there really is an element of "metro" to them. I'll have to fess up that i do trim my beard week-to-week, but you'll have to excuse me for not trying to impersonate a member of Al Qaeda. I don't imagine that would be good for my peace of mind.

Hey, I learned a new word today! Hm, I think my husband could fall under this category most of the time. As long as a guy can occasionally groom himself and sport some Diesel jeans and a Polo, I'm ok with that! Thanks for the vocab lesson!
