Interesting concept - but too loose

This is a novel that is a great possibility - that is, it is a collection of very interesting topics - art theft and trafficing, global terrorism, displaced migrants and the ever interesting topic of international policing. But somewhere along the line it just never gets those interesting subjects together in any satisfactory manner.

Ultimately the story is predictable, fast moving and intermittently interesting. It is a good way to pass the time, but certainly not the best of its genre.
