Modular buildings are the choice for many businesses and organisations due to their ease and speed of supply and installation as well as low costs. What I think needs to be shouted out about, confirmed or reiterated (if you already know) is the fact these structures, when purchased as used buildings, have high environmental benefits.
A used modular building uses just 3% of the energy when being transported and installed onto a new site than that of a newly constructed modular building. Compare it to a newly constructed bricks and mortar buildings, the energy saving is greater still. So it's not just the energy saving which equals the lowering of a business' carbon footprint but also in purchasing a used building, reuse and recycling also plays a huge part is the environmental benefits.
For the modern day business or organisation, used modular buildings are the way forward for forwarding thinking green businesses as well as those wishing to make cost savings.
