Recently, I've become much more health-conscious, and my sister-in-law pointed me out to MyFitnessPal, and I'm glad she did.
This site easily allows you to set up health goals and gives you a good guideline of how many calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium, and sugar you need to consume in your diet. Since this site saves what foods you enter, if you eat the same thing the next day, you can just select the checkbox of said food and click "add" into your daily food diary.
As convenient and helpful this site is, I'm a tad disappointed that while it tells you how many calories you burn doing cardio exercises, it doesn't tell you how many calories you burn when doing weight-lifting exercises. Still, this is a really handy thing to have if you want to easily keep track of your diet and of your fitness goals, especially since it's free.
