Can I run Navigon MobileNavigator and a music program like Pandora at the same time?

Yes. I do it all the time. When a voice navigation instruction comes up, the Pandora music fades out for a sec and then comes back in when Navigon is done. It's really easy to switch between the two as well using the built-in app switcher.

I don't know but I found this quote along with a link for ya:
