The way to a customer's heart

Northwest Airlines (NWA) no longer exists as far as I'm concerned. Since it's been bought over by Delta (which is one of the few airlines I hate) I no longer fly on it! For as long as a decade, NWA brought me across the world and contributed quite a great deal to my stepping foot on the 7 continents in the world! Haven't taken this airline since it merged with Delta. Delta sucks as far as I'm concerned! NWA only good in Asia!

Only slightly better than a covered wagon

As a Minnesota native, I've flown Northwest more than any other airline. I can't decide if they get worse every time, or just stay awful. My mom calls them "Northworst" (I know, we're a clever family). NWA has deplorable customer service and courtesy. They seem to have never gotten the memo that customer service reps don't get to be d-bags. And on the plane, the flight attendants seem as anxious as you for the flight to be over.
