Completely shuts down at the 1 year point

I have been using this product for 1 year. It appears to have been working fine but I got a few messages lately that my protection was expiring because I had a one year plan. I called into Symantec/Norton to see about getting additional coverage for the two other PCs I added this year. I needed a 5 license package but it appeared that getting two 3 license programs would be better, so I was giving that some thought. Completely Takes Over

While it does work in keeping your computer safe from unwanted viruses, it also keeps wanted things out. It makes installing stuff a complete hassle and in some cases impossible. It also completely takes over your computer like a virus itself, almost impossible to get out. Luckily my husband knows a lot about computers, but it took even him a long time and a lot of thinking to get this completely off.
