The original and still the best....the most reliable anti-virus software I have ever used.

I offer this review of Norton Anti-Virus as someone who is not at all technically savvy. I obtained my first computer back in the Fall of 1997 and except for a brief period a few years ago I have always used Norton Anti-Virus software. My brother, who works with computers for a living recommended it to me way back when and my experience with it has been tremendous. I have run into very few problems along the way.

Now for one reason or another I have tried other anti-virus software for brief periods over the years.
I had a technician at work who swore by something called ZoneAlarm. This product gave me nothing but trouble and I eventually had to have it removed. Likewise, when I purchased my new Dell computer about a year ago it came with McAfee. I did not care for that product at all. After the free trial period ended I immediately switched back to Norton. I am happy to report that my computer has run like a top all year and I have not experienced any problems at all.

What I appreciate most about the Norton product is that I always seem to know what it is doing. I find it to be extremely well-designed and very easy to understand. For my money, the original is still the best. By far. Very highly recommended!
