O'Malley sits on the bluff of the Leavey campus, overlooking the city and Marina del Rey. Most students live two per bedroom in two-bedroom units, although, some thee-bedroom units are also available. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. O'Malley is named for Thomas P. O'Malley, former Loyola Marymount University president.

Located on the edge of the bluff, it boosts the best views of the city, sharing the same siteline as the Jesuit residence and the new library. O’Malley Apartments have tons of space around them, making them secluded, but easily accessible from both sides of campus. Unlike the Leavy series of apartments that are arranged in a circle, O’Malley apartments are spread out in an L shape. My apartment was on a particular prime piece of real estate, bottom corner.
