I rated this book a 5 because it saved my sanity.  I have 5 kids, the youngest of which are twins.  This book was reccommended to me by my sister-in-law and friend after my third child was born.  My first two babies did not learn to sleep through the night on their own, until they were several months old.  Trying to work and be a mom with interrupted sleep is difficult.  I used the principles in this book with my third child and my set of twins, and …
