   The need for having organizations, foster homes and support systems for relinquished and abandoned parrots is a new one. With proper nutrition parrots are readily breeding and living longer. Veterinary care has also made tremendous strides. The problem is that many things can happen in a now much longer life of the captive bred parrot. Who knows what the next fifty years hold and whether or not those years will pose no challenges to living with a parrot.  Sometimes, …
