Shinzon was a clone of Human Starfleet captain Jean-Luc Picard, created by the Romulans for the initial purpose of replacing Picard with a Romulan operative. Shinzon became the leader of the Reman people, staging a successful coup against the Romulan Senate and plotting the annihilation ofEarth in the name of Reman freedom. (Star Trek Nemesis)

Like Picard, Only Really Ticked Off

When Star Trek: Nemesis was released, it quickly became one of the most poorly-received films of the Trek catalogue. That's a shame, really, because it features one of the best villains to face off with Picard and company in the Next Generation, Shinzon.
