While Garth Ennis's spin on The Punisher has yielded some fantastic comics, The Slavers is my favorite in his series.
This comic is almost like the Liam Neeson movie Taken on steroids and cocaine, with dashes of sobering realism that the otherwise enjoyable popcorn flick lacks. Frank Castle finds himself up against a gang of Eastern European human traffickers and after hearing the story from a woman who suffered greatly at this group's hands, he wants nothing short of a brutal end to this group of extremely detestable people.
Punisher MAX Vol. 5: The Slavers isn't just an extremely satisfying form of catharsis, there's plenty of excellent character development and realistic depictions of certain issues that really make this particular Punisher comic such a masterpiece.
