We purchased this to go with our Humminbird 998c Si Side-Imaging Fishfinder. We were a little concerned about the construction of the mount because we did not want to see our Humminbird Fishfinder fall off and take the plunge of death into the water. Our worries went away quickly when we received the box and noticed how much the mount weighed.
