Powerful, full of soul and sung with conviction, that is the best way to describe Rascal Flatts new song “Changed.” The song, which is available on iTunes today, is the latest single off their much anticipated up and coming album due out April 3rd. Rascal Flatts has been in the music business many years and have produced many wonderful hits, however I would have to say this could be one of their best.
The song is very spiritual with lines like, “I hit my knees, now here I stand, there I was now here I am, here I am, changed.” The song starts with a guitar intro that immediately sets the tone for the song and then you hear Gary’s voice gently sing, “I came out, out of the water, raised my hands up to the Father,” and with that you become completely dialed into the song ready to hear what’s next. The vocals, the music, and the lyrics all blend together to make a song that is unique and gets you to pause and think. I really believe this song will hit home with many country listeners and easily become a new hit for Rascal Flatts.
“Changed” is also the name of the new album, which will be out in a little less than a month! Be sure to head on over to iTunes today and download the new song, you definitely will not be disappointed.
