Nice and compact, leightweight and safe enough for a child to use

This is a very cool paper trimmer that can be used for so many different things. It could be used for school projects, making flyers or advertisements, scrapbooking, cutting coupons or even making your own business cards.

The guillotine has worked very well for me. You can't cut a lot of paper at one time but I really have no need to anyway so it doesn't matter. Even the huge paper cutters tend to start ripping instead of cutting when you have a larger stack of paper. If you have small children in your household then you will appreciate the fact that it is safe for kids. Most paper cutters are extremely dangerous but if would be difficult to cut yourself on this because the blade isn't really sharp but surprisingly enough it still cuts very well. The handle also locks in place while not in use.

The base is covered with grid lines to guarantee a straight cut every time. It also has markings for popular sizes which would be perfect for cutting your own pictures down to size.

If you flip it over you will find a second rotary cut trimmer that is very cool. You can hold the paper in place and with one swipe you can cut normally, a wavy design or it will even perforate paper so it will stay attached but can be easily pulled apart. I really like this option. It also has a built-in corner cutter that will easily round off corners of paper.

All this is in a compact unit that only ways a few pounds and has a built-in handle that makes it very easy to carry.
