Six Market Blvd Delivers Texas Country Nationwide

Texas has always been known for it's great style of country.  With recent success of Texas bands such as the Josh Abbott Band, Six Market Blvd is getting their shot at making an impression.  Their single "Say It" has make it to the top 10 on Texas Country Charts.  These guys have gone all in for their careers.  Without help from a label, the guys took all the sales of their album, which sold over 1000 copies in the first week, and headed out to hit the road hard.  Now with a label behind them, they are expected to re-release their album "Shake It Down" nationally on November 20th.  They made Country Weekly's list of On The Edge Artists and Roughstock.com said the boys are "a band ready to take the world by storm."

Their single "Say It" is said to have "a gritty groove infused attitude that heralds the notion that this band was built to perform."  After listening to the song a few times. I would say that this description hits the nail on the head.  The song is written about waiting for a girl to say she misses a man after the single.  "Don't make me think you're leaving cuz there's another one standing in line."  The instrumentation on the song just plays itself for a feel good song to blast on the radio as you're riding down the road.  I know this will be a staple on my iPod from now on.
