No beneficial effects, but I also did not follow the directions to the letter.

For as long as I can remember, I have been very sensitive to medications (whether that is because I am much smaller than the average person or because it's just part of my medical makeup, I don't know). As a result, I tend to take a smaller dose of most OTC (over the counter) meds than dosing directions indicate. Wow! This is great stuff!!!

I suffer from fairly serious knee issues, involving 6 "scopes" over the last 15 years. I've tried several of the supplements on the market, including glucosamine and chondroitin in various combinations. Honestly, I've never had much luck. Better than some dosage heavy products, but a little expensive.

Everyone over 30 knows the benefits of Glucosamin + Chondritin +MSM for their joints. This product adds Joint Fluid and Uniflex to the mix. It has a much higher dose of Glucosamin and added Vitamin D which seems to work for the stiffest of joints. I had tried to take another generic store brand Glucosamin/Chondritin product where you had to take 9 huge tablets with food in a day, 3 at each mealtime. Didn't Work For Me

Perhaps I need to take this product longer, but the box says it works in 1-2 weeks. I've been taking this supplement for over 3 and seen no change in my joint pain. I jog and take Tae Kwon Do and am in my late thirties. I am starting to feel those age/wear-and-tear related aches and pains. Seems to be Working!

Everybody over the age of 30 has probably heard of Glucosamine & Chondroitin. Glucosamine is said to provide some components needed to make cartilage in the body; and Chondroitin sulfate "is" an important structural component of cartilage. This worked when nothing else would.

Schiff's Move Free has been a staple in my house for the past five months. My elderly mother suffered a very serious car accident a few years ago. One of the long term effects has been pain and stiffness in her knees. The pain would keep her up at night and limit her mobility during the day. No analgesics that she took seemed to help.
