The second half didn't fare as well but the first soars and is one of the best Trek ever made and considering this is Voyager, that says alot. The Borg (before Voyager completely ruined them) must work with Voyager and constantly try to undermine the crew every step of the way. Janeway's best speech in the series is given to Chakotay and it runs almost the entire final act of part 1.
