A Cute, Funny Break from Reality
When I read Confessions of a Shopaholic I fell in love with Sophie Kinsella. It was a similar reaction to that of which I had when I read Bridget Jones's Diary. Must be British authors and their humor. One of the qualities of the Shopaholic books I enjoyed was their break from the story with pages that were bills or letters to and from the bank. It brought you more into the shopaholic story. Sophie didn't let me down and continued this pattern in book two of the series, Shopaholic …
