SoyJoy bars are simply not that good. Not that good, that is, if you want something that has a little flavor and doesn't taste like cardboard. I am sure SoyJoy is a pretty healthy snack but it doesn't do much for the taste buds. If you want a gluten-free soy fix, you might give this a try, but if you want a peanut bar that actually tastes of peanut, you should look elsewhere. The texture is convenient -- it doesn't crumble or flake, which also means it is dunking-friendly. It is dry and floury on the palate, with a generalized, mild, fruity flavor.
