I'm a super fan of the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. People are sick of hearing me talk about it. I think about it when I don't have one. And I don't have one often because they have about 5,000,000 calories so I will only allow myself to have one tall one once a week.

If you were a fan of the Chantico a few years back, this is the watered- (or, I suppose, milked-) down version of it. The same rich chocolate & slight spice without the sludgy texture. Score!

I'm a huge fan of the salted caramel as well. It reminds me of choclate covered pretzels. Salty and sweet at the same time...yum!

They've apparently discontinued the Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa! Booo! My barista offered to put caramel on a signature cocoa but there was no sea salt and besides, it's not the same. So here's my ghetto-fix: order a Signature cocoa w/ toffee nut syrup and caramel sauce. Then go home and sprinkle some sea salt on it. Booooo!!!

I really need to try the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. Oh, Starbucks, why must you be so expensive? I had the Hazelnut one a few weeks ago. It was sooo good.

I just tried it ... it is so good! My expectations were high and it definitely met them. You should try Fran's Chocolates Gray Salt Caramels. They taste just like the drink! Here is a link: http://www.franschocolates.com/home.php?cat=2.
