My Favorite Koontz Book...

STRANGERS by Dead Koontz, while not truly horror, was one of the most compelling books in his repertoire that I have read. I found that this book was more reminsicent of Stephen King's writing than Koontz's usual gore/scare style. The psychological aspect came to the forefront full-force in this one, and since he wrote this one, I felt his scare you silly voice dropped off and since then he has put out more and more psychological and creepy thrillers. Great Read

This is one of my favorite books of all times. I read it for the first time when I was a teenager and became fascinated with Dean Koontz. I read all of his books in less than a year and this is definitely his best work. The way the characters are all strangers yet still interrelated and brought together is amazing.
