"Sunshower" is my first exposure to Jupiter One, and it's definitely been a pleasant one. This is definitely the least edgy album I've heard in a long time, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes one is in the mood for some nice, non-confrontational music and this album fits the bill. It has a nice flow with enough variety to keep things interesting. The Album Sunshower by Jupiter One starts off with a catchy, fast paced (compared to other songs on the album)tune called "Volcano". They have a pretty easy going mellow sound. The Bass line(or what sounds like a Bass Guitar?) seems to really ground the music and keep it together. It's the type of album that's great to listen to on those lazy Sundays while cruising around in your car... or lounging around at home. I took a chance at trying out the Jupiter One cd, all I knew was that they were touring with Regina Spektor so they had to have something going for them. I hadn't realized what a treat I was in for. Since I got the cd maybe 3 or so weeks ago I've probably listened to the cd easily 10-15 times, it's in regular rotation for me.
