I have had a wireless network in my home for years now, so my D-Link 300Mbps N Router finally died after years of abuse. My first ever TRENDnet purchase was the TRENDnet Wireless N Gaming Adapter to use with a non-WiFi bluray player and was pleased with the quality and function-ability of it. Since I was so pleased with it, I decided to purchase a wireless router by TRENDnet. Am I ever happy I made this decision! First of all, the price for a 450 Mbps WiFi Router for less two-hundred dollars is a steal currently. At first I thought I was doing something wrong since it was so easy to program. It pretty much does everything on it's own. If you are worried you will not be able to get this set-up, don't fuss because this by far is the easiest router I have ever installed.
I have a large family so we have (3)PSP, (2)Wii, (1)XBox, (2)network bluray players, (3)laptops, (2)iPod Touch, iPad, (1)iMac, and finally (2)desktop computers using this router throughout my home. The signal is strong and stays constant. I previously had a signal booster antenna with my previous router but with the TRENDnet TEW-691GR the signal is so strong that I no longer needed the extra antenna.
