I purchased this gaming wireless adapter to use with the Panasonic DMP-BD60 Blu-ray Disc Player that our family received as a present. I by far do consider myself a "techie" kind of person and I was worried it would not work since many people were telling me I needed at "bridge port" wireless adapter. I read the instructions thoroughly and luckily for me I had a WPS wireless router and all I pretty much needed to do was hit one button on my router then hit the search (top) button on the adapter. After a few minutes the internet connection was accepted and I was able to enjoy surfing youtube, video/movies on demand, updating the filmware and all the other wonderful WiFi capabilities on the Blu Ray player.
However, the signal does not stay constant. It does drop occasionally but I believe the problem has to do with where I have the adapter located (behind my TV stand console).
UPDATE: I relocated the adapter to sit in front of my Blu Ray player and the signal is constant now and does not drop anymore. I think it the signal might of been dropping since it was situated by all my other WiFi consoles like my Wii and Xbox. I am very pleased with my purchase.
