A Video Review on the First Years 2 Parent Unit Monitor

The First Years True Choice P400 Premium Digital Monitor, 2 Parent Unit....is quite a mouthful. Fortunately, it provides enough functionality to justify its long name. Here is a quick run-down of the features

1- I like the fact that the hand-held units can be used as a intercom/walkie talkie
2- You also have the choice in what units function as an intercom. You can broadcast over one receiver or over the receivers and the base unit.
3- Pretty good range - I have never had an issue inside of our home
4 - Rechargeable batteries - expected in any sort of portable unit and "The FIrst Years" does not disappoint.

Area for improvement-

1- A bit of a hiss in the background. Not too big of a deal, but it may be a bit annoying to some people
2- A nice product, but it is a audio monitor - if you need video you may want to look at Levana BABYVIEW20 Interference Free Digital Wireless Video Baby Monitor with Night Light Lullaby Camera

Final Verdict - In the video portion I stated a 3 1/2 stars, but I have since changed my mind and I think it is worth 4 stars. If you are looking for a low hiss audio monitor this may be the product for you.
