Mark Rayner has created a very funny yet serious work along the lines of a Max Barry novel (see Company, Syrup, Jennifer Government). Blake Givens works for an ad agency. It is a ho hum life. Then one day his refridgerator screen starts talking to him. Apparently, the Internet has somehow evolved to a living being and the computer device that monitors Blake's food supply is the focal point.
