A Quick Tip by woopak_the_thrill

Sequel to Storm Riders: Wind and Cloud. Good special effects and some spiffy battle sequences. The story is really disjointed and relies on the viewer's ability to put them together. Characters are a little underdeveloped that viewer's just need to buy into the fact that they are cool and the stakes are high. Not bad, but definitely could have been a lot better. 2.5 out of 5 stars.
