I used to love Twilight. Now, I don't exactly hate it, but it certainly does not deseve its hype. Stephanie Meyer was simply in the right place at the right time... She had perfect Post Potter timing. I don't think anyone can accuse Stephanie Meyer of being a good writer. Having friends that despise Twilight with their entire being forced me to think more critically about what I was reading, and I soon realised that they were right, Breaking Dawn was a disaster.      …

The start of episode 2 of the second season of The Vampire Diaries continues from the end of episode 1 where we saw Katherine visit Caroline in hospital and smothers her and then leaves.   Caroline wakes up and is hungry..but hungry for what? The Vampire Diaries: Season 2, Episode 1; The Return
Episode 1 of season 2 starts off with a recap of the last episode of season one and goes straight into the rest of that night.  in brief what happens is....katherine returns and confesses that she never loved Damon it was always Stefan, Elena pretty much says the same thing, Damon kills Jeremy and Katherine kills Caroline (don't know what happens next and if really deaded - see next episode) and Uncle John leaves town and Uncle Mason comes home - will all be revealed …
