This show is such a refreshing take on singing competitions. In a field that definitely uses appearances to judge if someone is talented, it's nice to see a competition that judges solely on talent, alone. This show also uses successful musicians/singers as judges. You know...people that we've actually heard of and probably whose albums we've purchased. Each week during the blind auditions, I'm on the edge of my seat and yes, sometimes yelling at the screen- PUSH THE BUTTON! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?? The talent that comes out to audition is always incredible. I think I've only seen a couple that would qualify for American Idol's joke auditions. Miss the first few episodes? Catch up on Hulu or OnDemand, you won't be sorry.

It's a nice change of pace, give it a go if you're into that kinda thing! Did you get the Gilt City offer for the free screening of Silent House? You prob already get those but thought of you when I replied to it in my inbox!
