A while ago, I came across this book in a book store. I thought that having a first edition of an H.G. Wells book would be neat.      This isn't one of his novels, instead as it suggests, it is guesses and forecasts on the years ahead.      Some of the views are interesting. Published in 1929, Wells does forecast WWII and the downfall of the league of nations. I was particularly interested in the chapter titled, "Fuel getting in the Modern …
