More fiber, more whole wheat, sized to give you 100 calories... and Blaaaaaaah!

Okay, saw these muffins on sale and thought okay, might be a nice break from whole wheat toast.  Unfortunately they taste pasty and bland.  No, worse than bland.  They taste a bit nasty.  Not so nasty you'd spit them out at the breakfast table, but nasty enough that you'd pass on seconds or ever buying them again.

Only other comment is that they are more crumbly than normal, tasty Thomas' muffins, and I had to use a knife on them to separate. 

Avoid.
