Topshop is a chain of clothing stores that operates in more than 20 countries. It is part of the Arcadia Group, which also owns a number of other well-known retail outlets including Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge and Wallis.
Its primary sales come from a range of products including clothing and fashion accessories, and is mainly known for its women's clothing, with Topman having been created in the late 1970s to cater for male customers. The business has also expanded into the online fashion retail arena.

Distractions from homework are inevitable when a computer is nearby, because online shopping is so accessable and a must when stores like Topshop aren't just a quick walk down the street or to the nearest mall. Topshop was my go-to store when I lived in London, as the flagship location was less than two blocks from my flat. They have a great selection, halfway decent prices (though Forever 21 is still much cheaper) and some great styles, even though some of their designs were a bit much for my taste. One point I do have to make - American shoppers should beware and watch your labels - Topshop has a habit of importing cheaper American brands and charging insane amounts of money for them.
