Mirsad has produced another gem in Turn By Turn 5:2 Diet.
The author has explained that dieting is a mental game
which sometimes requires methodic journals to monitor
consistent progress. He allows for some cheat days,
as well as alcohol when taken prudently.
 
The author recommends fasting at 600 calories to
blast fat out of the system. Another good strategy
is to sleep more and eat less. This strategy allows

The author indicates that regular fasting helps to prevent
cancer. Colored vegetables, higher pH levels and elimination
of processed foods also help create a difficult environment
for cancer to thrive.
 
Turn By Turn 5:2 Diet is an important resource for dieters
everywhere. The advice is sound and easy to implement.
