Wardance Training Center in Irvine, CA is my favorite place to workout. After a few bumps in the road in this journey called life, I have made the decision that it is time for me to get back on track. I worked out with Will Robertson, owner of The Wardance Training Center, around 5 years ago and was in the best shape of my life. His motivaton and training techniques are untouchable. So naturally, he was the first person I called when I was ready to get started. The Wardance Training Center caters to all. It is not your typical gym packed full of fancy machines, although they are there for your use. Wardance has a MMA cage, punching bags, free weights, etc. Will's kickboxing class is guaranteed to make you sweat and feel the burn! I love that you are surrounded by people of all ages and fitness levels that are all there to obtain the same goal. If you are looking for an intense workout that will burn more calories than your typical one hour workout, you need to check them out. www.thewardance.com
