Does not stand the test of time

Pros: Storms In Africa, pt2 Cons: All but that song The Bottom Line: This recording does not stand the test of time, if you want to start off well with Enya, look to Shephard Moons. The last review for Enya’s first widely recognized recording Watermark was six years ago. Why go back that far not only in a review but in time since it is 20 years since its release? Repetitive rhythms that take you away

New Age music is hard to define for those who have not heard it. But if you had to name landmark albums in the growth of New Age music, this would probably be one of them. Released in the late 80's, this is probably one of the most popular New Age albums, especially by a female artist. The musical pieces are a collection of both instrumental pieces and songs, all of which remind one of nature scenes. Enya is very talented. God has given her a gift that obviously shines through this haunting album. If you are in the midst of a decision in your life and need some motivational music to inspire you, then get watermark. Enya's best.
