WebMynd- A priceless Firefox add-on for writers and researchers!

Okay, I admit it- I had a tendency towards being a computer geek with my PC. My Mac has transformed me into computer geek extraordinaire- and I am proud of it! On my never-ending search for more cool programs to download, I came across this awesome tool called Webmynd.
Webmynd is a Firefox add on tool that enhances your Internet research like never before. My favorite feature is the recording aspect. Webmynd will record every site you visit- all of the time! You can click on the Webmynd button and view (in a style kinda like microfiche)-every page on every tab, that you've been to since downloading the program- with the exception of ones you mark private. Not only can you view the page, but also if you click on it will open the page in a new tab on your browser.
At the bottom of the screen, there is a timeline that allows you to search Webmynd by dates. This is wonderful for me because I constantly come across pages that are interesting but don't want to clutter up my bookmarks. Also, sometimes my research strings lead me off into dead ends and you have to backtrack to find the original link- with Webmynd you can just scan thru the pages until you find the one that has the info you need. Pages are easily discarded by clicking the recycling can above them.
When you enter any search term in Google, Webmynd will provide you with search results from specific sites like- Forbes news, CNN, the New York Times, Wikipedia, YouTube, and more - organized in a neat side bar on your webpage. An awesome treat is that you can also ask Twitterers for help with the search. If you expand their history page by clicking on an arrow provided on the side of your web browser, you can easily share your pages among social networks, view your recently viewed pages, or view small thumbnails of your recorded pages.
Hands down this Firefox tool rocks the box! Find out more for yourself here WebMynd home page
