I Love Chilean Wine (and I don't care who knows)

So, you’re having friends over for dinner and you’re going to the local grocery store to gather ingredients from all over the globe.  But wait, you have been delaying the most important purchase, because no fine dining occasion is complete without plenty of wine – enter Concha y Toro Cabernet Sauvignon.  This delicious Chilean wine is very approachable, medium-bodied and has great value for all the wine lovers out there who hate running out of wine.  Because it doesn’t matter if you slaved over the finest feast outside of Emeril’s kitchen, if you run out of vino, you will never be forgiven.

I would classify myself as an avid wine enthusiast.  And yet, I am just as enthusiastic about not paying an exorbitant amount to enjoy decent wine.  It’s difficult to roam the wine aisle among all the attention-grabbing labels and judgmental side-glances from the more sophisticated wine enthusiasts, and not feel overwhelmed. Having Concha y Toro as a go-to wine makes purchasing easy and fun.

With Concha y Toro, you’ll save yourself the private indignity of needing wine compliments from your dinner guests because you broke the bank on some expensive label.  So if you are looking for a fruit-forward cabernet that presents a ready-to-drink, ripe but smooth bouquet, with a dash of spice, herb and fruit in the finish (all at a price you can afford)….then Concha y Toro is your perfect vino!

I don't think you should care about people being judgmental about what you eat, drink or do. It's just a matter of taste. I'm not a drinker myself as I'm allergic to some of the wine but over the years of traveling, I've tried some real good ones and am happy to try newer wines as long as they taste good to me. That's all it matters! Hmm, may be I'll try to write some great wines I've tried. Thanks for the inspiration!
