Who needs food when you've got meal replacements.

Lately, I've been so busy that sometimes I forget to eat! Part of it is because I forget to pack food for myself and part of it is sometimes it just takes too much effort and time.  In order to figure out a way to a quick meal with all the vitamins that I need, @fcarta introduced me to Advocare meal replacements which are apart of their trim line of products.  Here are the stats:
  • Available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Berry
  • Offered in pouches
  • 24 grams of protein
  • 5-6 grams of fiber
  • 26 vitamins and minerals and only 220 calories
  • Contains 50% of the daily value of calcium
You get 14 pouches in a package.  They're really easy to mix with the Advocare mixing cup.  Any kind of shaker will do.  Personally the best flavor is Chocolate followed by Berry as a close second.  The Vanilla flavor isn't so great.  These meal replacements are really great for on the go people.  Just fill your cup with 8 oz's, pour in the mix and shake.  Takes 2 minutes.  The meal replacement fills you up and keeps you full.  I've also noticed that my work outs have had more consistent energy.  I'd recommend this to active people who need a quick meal at some point throughout the day.  Word of warning though, only take one pouch a day since these meal replacements lack in fiber.

I gave this an overall 4 because 1) it's a little pricey and 2) you can't have more than one a day.  Otherwise, these work great!
