It is hard to believe that this cake is vegan! It is so rich and delicious that non-vegans won't even know it's vegan! It's about $5 in the freezer section and all you have to do is thaw it in the fridge for a couple hours. It's amazing on it's own... but sometimes I'll top it off with soy ice cream or a homemade pomegranate sauce and fresh mint to make me feel like I'm eating a decadent dessert from a restaurant.
