Simple, versatile, light and tasty! Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It's an American food staple which can fit for a lot of different occasions. I prefer to put some cheese on mine, but part of the beauty of the BLT is that the simple recipe can be flexed quite a bit and still be a BLT.
