I'm not sure that it's worth it for me to forgoe 'a few of my favorite things' just to lose 10 pounds. Of course, if I lost the weight I would feel better about myself and its really only a temporary hiatus until reaching my goal weight at which time I can eat just about anything in teeny tiny portions.
In the meantime, I've been drinking Muscle Milk (which is not filling at all) and stuffing myself with proteins like sandwhich meat and boiled eggs. What's next? I have to stop drinking coffee? This is absolutely ridiculous. It's amazing the pressures that I put on mself t be a better competitor when I'm not even playing at the pro-level......yeeetttt ;)....
