Lucky to find it this year.

This weekend i was lucky enought to find in one of my favorite places for eating delicatesen in Madrid the queen of mushrooms. This was reserved only for the Caesars at Rome, due to this name.

Just eating it sliced (even at carpaccio) with a bit of egg with an intense red wine was a great pleasure, unlucky is getting cold so probably wont be more of it till next year.

Mmmmm, this sounds delicious and the picture that you posted definitely adds to it! This is a nice addition to the Food Community. I've never had amanita caesarea, but now I want to try it.
