Creamy and yummy

The best Clam Chowder I've had was in Boston. I'm very into Chinese soups but when it comes to western soups, they are a tad too creamy or rich for me, for most part. Best soup with bread.

I am not a fan of soup as a meal. I don't find it filling enough and I'm more of a fan of things that need to be chewed because doing so tricks my mind into feeling full. Nevertheless, clam chowder is my favorite, with or without bread, even as a meal in itself. I personally enjoy it served straight in a cup or bowl, but others also enjoy it served in a sourdough breadbowl.
