Do-Si-Dos, also known as Peanut Butter Sandwiches, are Girl Scout Cookies that consist of an oatmeal cookie sandwich with peanut butter icing in the center. Do-Si-Dos (formerly Gauchos) are baked by Little Brownie Bakers. ABC Bakers calls them Peanut Butter Sandwiches.
