Ha Gow is a delicious bite sized dim sum treat that is a steamed soft wrapped shrimp dumpling.  They taste so good out of the steamer.  It's a bit sticky but so yummy/  A good Ha Gow will be strong enough to pick up with a chopstick.  Whenever I got to a tea house I make sure to order some Ha Gow.  One of the staples of a good dim sum, along with steamed pork buns, shrimp balls and fried dumplings.  Some people might not like them because they look "fishy".  Never mind that and try it, you wont regret it.  Great with chrysanthemum tea and hot sour soup.
